Hello,

 

We rolled out 36 Hitachi Ed-A100 short throw projectors in August and used 20 existing promethean whiteboards.

 

Our installers have installed the whiteboards as expected and the short throw but on 80% of interactive boards the image is really bad. Now this is down to the board bowing and not being straight as it was when purchased.

 

Do you have any suggestion on how to help us as its a massive expense to replace the boards and we may have to remove all the boards and use dry white boards and we really would prefer not to do this.

My advice is to contact Promethean Technical Support via the KnowledgeBase URL below, select the "Contact Technical Support" tab and complete the form - it would be an advantage if you could list the serial number of every ActivBoard.
