eduabncs Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Were having problems getting to ofsted.gov.uk. Getting dns lookup error. Do any of you have the same problem outside of Birmingham?
webman Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 No it's OK for us in the North East. http://www.ofsted.gov.uk resolves to 86.54.110.5 if you want to stick that in a hosts file temporarily.
eduabncs Posted January 8, 2007 Author Posted January 8, 2007 Hmm...Not working from my home PC either (pipex). Seems to be a birmingham thing then.....!
ChrisC Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Being cut off from the net eh? so that's the government's diabolical scheme, block all websites that might show schools not performing... Today Birnmingham, tomorrow the world! Chris
alan-d Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 All ofsted sites off here, we thought the whole site was down. (Might have know BGFL would have something to do with it ) *runs into hiding place*
