marsdenprimary Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Hi, We have an Activ +2 board with attached projector. We haven't had it that long as far as i am aware (it was in place before I arrived here at the school) but it has suddenly stopped working. The power light is flashing red. No light from the bulb. What could the problem be? Would I have to get Promethean out to fix it?

TRobinson Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 If your projector is still covered by the manufacturers warranty then accessing the projector as outlined above will void this warranty. It is best to check the warranty status with our Technical Support department on 0844 855 2201
