I have also signed up for once a week. How do you know exactly what is in your box? I went through the choices indicating which ones I like etc but it doesn't tell you what will be in the box, does it?

The day before your box is due to arrive you receive an email which has a link to a page showing whats in your box, your choice whether to follow it or not, sometimes I like a surprise and choose not to find out. Should look a bit like the image below.

It's random. Each time you get a box you can then say which bits you liked, loved, would like to try and didn't like. This then affects the odds of you getting them (didn't like means you won't get the thing again). For a few months I was getting these for lunch whenever I could. I still order a couple of them if I'm going on any long trips.

Never had any problems with the company, even during the postal strikes, and the food is lovely. Look out for the korean rice crackers.

I like the paper tiger crackers or the crackers that are covered in chilli poweder, I forget their name, also the wasapeas are lovely, I have them down as a "Love" on my preferences page!

No I've never had an issue either, only ever had 1 box late, contacted Graze and they gave it me half price, it came the next morning.

Not until monday, unfortunately. I needed to pick a day when I have to eat a decent lunch due to an exercise class later (can't have dinner before I go so need to have had something reasonable earlier in the day) and that was the first one available

You lot have made this sound so inviting that I have signed up too!

Getting my first one on Friday.

I am really looking forward to it.

I fell into the trap when starting here of getting school dinners and apart from them not really satisfying me, the weight has shot on!

I have been having Rivitas with a tin of mackrel fillets but that gets boring and I def suffer from the '3pm' huger(except mine is at about 4:30 lol)

Also if there is something you want next time you can click the send me next time.

Mine comes tomorrow and I am getting..

fresh cut apple

sticky choccy pudding - which is green raisins, jumbo raisins and milk chocolate buttons

honeycomb flapjack

The only thing that would be nice and I might send the suggestion in is the calorie count of items etc. Obviously apples and standard stuff can found out but things like the flapjack etc.

russdev: I think nutritional information is included in the box you'll get; either on a bit of (recycled) paper or on the top of the plastic punnets.

oooh sounds yummy Russ :) I'd like them if I could choose every time whats in the box as I'm a fussy eater. I'd like these fruity things, flapjacks sound good as well :)

john: On the website, each choice in their library of food has 4 options: Bin, Try, Like or Love. You will never be sent binned items, and you can specify whether you get more stuff you like, or more stuff you'd like to try. Give it a go :)

Well I've given it a go, and spent 10 minutes rating the foods to try and avoid the ones I don't like :) We shall see what turns up next week in the goody box :)

Both if I remember correctly. You get a recycled slip with details of your food, and mostly nutritional values are on the punnets as well.

I was surprised at first at alot of the stuff I'd class as high calorie, but if you have it instead of a meal then it works out just fine :-)

The trick I found was just to munch continuously throughout the day, rather than trying to gobble it all down in one.

In fact while I was getting the boxes regularly I was also steadily losing weight, and generally in a better mood. Now that I'm not getting them so much I tend to get grouchy towards the end of the day (probably through missing lunch), and have put on a fair bit of weight.

Yep I eat them throughout the day, the weight loss will be due to a higher sustained metabolic rate due to the constant grazing will it not? As for the mood, I think that prob just because your missing your dinner?
