john Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 My deployment had no end user intervention, appart from if they didnt restart there machine Internet Exploer crashed until they did, wish it did that every time would force more people to restart there machiens after updates instead of 2 weeks later
MkII Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Mine went silently - after i'd disabled all of the interaction in the GPO. Install it onto a PC first, connect to your AD server with gpmc to update the adms with the IE7 version and configure away.

Im still having trouble with the first run even though I am manually adding the two reg keys at logon :axe:
alonebfg Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 i have found this and many more about it wsus ie 7 probs i did conact microsoft myself yesterday and they confermed they hope to have it sorted by the end of the november but it cant be sure.
