I use one of these,

MX? Revolution

Great mouse, always connects. Comes with a seperate charger. Battery lasts 2-3 weeks before needing a recharge. Then it's just on charge overnight or during a lunch break.

Although at home I use a very basic mouse and anything else confuses the wife...

Love logitech mice - use an MX1000 wireless jobby at home including gameage, very happy with it. Plus I have hands like shovels and not many mice fit the bill (or my hands for that matter).

The MX518 is extremely popular and only 25 odd quid - see if you can pop to PC World and try one out before buying it for half the price online :)

Will never recommend anything Razer unfortunately - they only started being able to make proper mice when MS took over their manufacturing processes and some design but even then the name still rings bells in my head "Using one of those will render you unable to pleasure anyone ever again"

I have a logitech wireless laser mouse on my desk, not sure of the model mind. We brought a load of them a while back for all the admin team. Runs on a single AA battery for ages, and is pretty good. :)

Personally I would go old skool and have one of these:

For those that don't know, it's an origenal IBM PS/2 mouse, the very systems that gave those little keyboard and mouse plugs their name. I used to have one of these until the cable broke on it - 12 years that mouse served me, the don't make 'em like that anymore!

I have a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 which is also available in a corded version but cannot spot the model number and that's a great product, and as its cordless I find its battery's last about 6 months with some cheap Rayovak ones I got ages ago from SVP when they had them on super cheap offer.
