I would contact Fronter to ask but I'm fairly sure you can't track either Chat or PMs 1
jdoyle Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 there's no mechanism for auditing chats/stickies. We've turned both features off as a result of this. Mentioned this at a meeting with Fronter in Leicestershire last year (part of their meet the customer and gather feedback/ideas). Didn't seem to be a big concern to them but did to some others in the room.
bikeman17 Posted February 3, 2010 Posted February 3, 2010 I think deleted contents such as comments posted on forums/chat/sticky/uploaded docs can all be restored if deleted. There is a change of in the region of £120ish. We had a similar occurance with a forum.
