On my way home now :(

(Trains left 30 mins late but seems to be rolling OK now :) )

Had a great time, even if my feet feel like they've taken part in Marathon!

It was really good to see everyone and meet up with so many Edugeekers :)

Tired Si :)

Oh mate we had some fun yesterday eh :)

Glad to have met you and I'll never be able to look at an innocent Edugeek lanyard ever again without thinking back to the "SimpleSi fitting service" compulsory if you want to wear a lanyard at BETT.

I'm home now. A long day, but good.

I benefited from a lanyard refit. I found it was like an invisible shield against the scanners - they thought I was a fellow exhibitor. Was SimpleSi the refitter? I'm pretty bad with remembering names.

I do remember saying hello to the fabled DosBox. :D

Us old timers need to keep the whipper and/or snappers in check.

The Edugeek lanyard features well even amongst some other exhibitors as not only pretty and shiny but a distinct improvement on the bit of string you get with your plastic badge holder.

Chances are you'd know if Si had fitted it on you, you'd have been laughing at the same time.

I too benefitted from the SimpleSi lanyard bespoke fitting service, but kept losing my pass over the next two days as a result.

May need sticky tape next time.

I'm now on the train to Leeds with nothing but a Ginster's pasty, a can of lager, and the open wifi for company. This could be a long edugeek session.

Hope you get back safe, and will speak to you soon

James.

@Kim - Behave! Y'know Si has to do Simple things he is not that advanced! the Fitting Service kept him quiet :D

It just happend to fail while in our care!

Yes I was told that by you and a few others, but I don't want to teach really (it means I would need my logic removing from my brain ;))
