Dos_Box Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Right, I've sorted out the room plot, so if you have asked to help this is how we are standing with the rooms (see attached image). If you are stayign in the hotel with us or have voluntreered to help than you must let me know your full names as we need to get the exhibitors badges booked ASAP, so please PM me as soon as you can. Oh, and if it's your first year helping us out I hope you like Thai food! *Oh, and Rob, I'm sure we can find a space for you somewhere!

After all ... we wouldn't want to get Domino confused about what room he is meant to go to ... could get embarrassing.

Could do, but i am sure they wouldn't mind *sorry* But yeah i do agree think might be good practice for domino to be in the same room through-out the week.... at least by the saturday he will know how to get back

You could possibly move him to R1 and then move james and shaun around on their applicable days (eg: R3 on wednesday and then R4 on Thur-Sat).

To be fair we have Shaun and Ric for that there whole job is to keep people entertained through out the week As for what hotel no expense spared here you will be in same hotel as most of other people at BETT the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum. I keep thinking maybe I should print EduGeek.net bingo cards with companies names on it and you tick off every time you see someone from that company (the uniforms give it away) Russ

Also near the time I will get someone to text or phone you the room number and you can just go and check in (if Little Miss has not checked in already) Also people can ring if arriving on the day and can't get into BETT (as not open yet) we can bring you your pass out to you.
