Sanyo lamp voucher

Has anyone claimed their free lamp from Sanyo? We have a number of Sanyo projectors that came with a lamp voucher, just wondering whether it's a painless procedure.

At my previous school we claimed these, was painless enough - filled in the form that came with each projector, and about 3 weeks later all the spare lamps came through the post.

 

You're supposed to claim within 3 months of purchase, although it was nearer 6 when we eventually got round to sending in the forms, but they still sent them.

Very painless.. Unfortunately we've used them and have to buy them now

Just re-read the info and we have a three year lamp warranty, not lamp voucher:o, so again has anyone had any experience of this, ie do you have to send back failed bulb to prove it's actually failed?

I've sent off the 3 year lamp warranties and spare lamp forms off and never had any issues. Infact about 18 months ago I sent 26 spare lamp forms off and they all come into school within a week or so.
