Sorry but Xmas doesn't start until about the 20th December - when I go out and panic buy presents at double what they would have cost if I'd been prepared. :p

Xmas shouldn't be mentioned until at least after Guy Fawks night.

Anyone read John Grisham's book "Skipping Christmas" (or Tim Allens films "Christmas with the Kranks")?

That's me, this year.

Skipping Christmas.

To paraphrase Green Day - "Wake me up when December ends".

if I'm gonna quote, I should at least get it right!

Can we please ban any mention of the c word until the start of December. It is without doubt one of the most hateful times of the year.

Other than having to experience hours of walking slowly through crowded streets and waiting in long queues, going into masses of debt, having to deal with the in-laws and fixing all the kids electronic presents that "went wrong"... what's the issue? :D

Ah the silver lining, I'm single so no inlaw (there was only one).

I actually still do it on Christmas Eve most years. Strangely enough, a lot of ideas come to mind of what to purchase for people when under pressure.

Christmas is cancelled for me as it will interupt my strict 'get my arse to Canada to the women I love' fund ;)

Seriously though gonna have to be scrimping and saving and I dont wanna think about it until at least December the 24th at 2300HRS.
