Good Value / Reliable Cartridge Suppliers?

How does everyone get hold of printer consumables?

 

I know this may have been covered before but can anybody recommend a consumable supplier who is not only reliable in terms of deliveries but is also good value?

 

I've just been made responsible for the toners and cartridges around the school and have been told that the school are keen to find a new, good value supplier for our consumables.

 

We have around 1100 students on our roll (11-16) and do a fair bit of printing across all departments.

 

The supplier also needs to be able to handle big and small orders as some departments use barely anything while others seem to guzzle our cartridge supply. I'm also looking at tracking what each department uses to try and curb excessive printing.

 

As an extra point to note, we tend to prefer original cartridges but can use compatible if they are good enough.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

 

EDIT: We have details on a couple of suppliers but haven't dealt with them before. (Office Lines and Inksout)
