Undecided re netbook purchase

I'm currently eyeing up the Lenovo S12, Samsung N120, Samsung NC10 and maybe the Samsung N310 (undecided re logo on reverse).

 

Anyone got an S12, N120 or N310? Would you buy it again? What do/don't you like?

 

This is a toy for me, rather than a school purchase.

Not much help but I've got three NC10's. One for our office and the others for ICT Teachers. The NC10's have got glowing reviews everywhere I've looked.

I cant decide to buy a netbook for general use. Im not sure if i will actually use it. I dont have any to borrow either

I have an NC10 (which I upgraded to 2GB RAM after a couple of days of having it!), and haven't found a bad thing to say about it. The battery life is fantastic.

It's the only netbook I've seen / used that just "feels" right, while offering a decent amount of performance too. Runs Windows 7 Professional perfectly.

 

I think the N310 is pretty much an NC10 with a coloured lid isn't it?

Yeah - I quite like the roundy-pebblly redesign (top and bottom of case), not convinced re the logo on the lid.

NC10 for me here too. We have nearly a 100 of them and I think they are superb. As someone else said they feel very usable (partly due to the keyboard being near full size). I like the look of the N310 though. Think I may buy one next term for evaluation.

I have the NC10 myself and echo all the above, great tool, good keyboard, mine has 2GB ram and its great

I bought Lenovo S10-2 and would recommend them.

I bought 20 Toshiba N200 for the school, they seem quite neat....

As a counter-point, I don't like the NC-10. They may have very good reviews, but my experience of them was less than ideal.
