Little-Miss Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Im always shouting at people who are on their phones whilst driving. Good Film, blunt and straight to the point. OMG that baby is freaky though. It's got to be a model but its soo life like!

I consider anyone who still uses their mobile whilst driving scum of the earth.
AngryTechnician Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 SO glad I don't have my 30-mile commute any more. Every single day I would see at least one driver talking on their phone (usually more), and at least one car with illegal number plates (again, usually more), not to mention the poor standard of driving in general. My commute these days is less than 2 miles and the only daily occurrence is seeing learner drivers as my route is through an area very popular with the local test centre.
mattx Posted August 18, 2009 Author Posted August 18, 2009 I do 26 miles a day on my 650, 13 miles there, 13 miles back. Although I have been using the car this week as I have taken my kids in to keep me company. And every single day I have to avoid some scum moron who has no control over their car / van / lorry whilst they are on their phone. Makes me really mad.
mac_shinobi Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 still see the police on the phone while driving. the quote or saying "Do as they say, not as they do!" ............... springs to mind
Guest Guest Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Good film, ive always said Women + Cars = Fail
Gatt Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Using mobile phones is the single biggest pet-hate I have.. as the video shows, they are not only risking their own lives but the lives of those around them as well.... And yeah, I have seen police driving past motorists who are blatently using their phone Even seen someone on the phone and having a coffee at the same time down the M60! yep 70+ mph with no hands on the wheel!!
deKay Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Here's the original, by the way: [nomedia=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8I54mlK0kVw&feature=related]YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.[/nomedia] and the second part: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbFJWDqc0C4&feature=related]YouTube - COW taster 002[/ame]
Michael Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 It's true it ruins lives, which is why I always turn mine off so it doesn't distract me!
powdarrmonkey Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 SO glad I don't have my 30-mile commute any more. Every single day I would see at least one driver talking on their phone (usually more), and at least one car with illegal number plates (again, usually more), not to mention the poor standard of driving in general. I still do (on all counts). I took to making a noise at one stage, but it's difficult to tell who's scratching their head and who's on the phone until it's almost too late.
neilmc Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 I always knew that using your phone while driving could end up bad, but that has just really hit home, i don't do it myself for that very reason, but i do actually feel sorry for the girl tha because of her stupidity she's caused people to lose there lives. I had a crash once i had to take some of the blame. the guy who had crashed into me was 17, managed to spin me 180 dunno how he could of done that if he was doing the speed limit, so obviously he was doing over the speed limit, probs just past his test and thinks he's on top of the world. he wrote my car off, and when his dad turned up his dad had the cheek to say it was all my fault. ha Police woman told him to shut up and let her speak to us, whooop.
