Thought this may be of some use to people - only just spotted it - sorry for the late notice!

Rubbish money for such a large managerial role - IMO. Should be at least 30k!! I know in the past and of tesco managers of the 'frozen' department on that sort of money for this job.,

It looks to me like the original guy has gone and they think in this economic climate that they can get someone with all these high level skills for a low level wage. :(

A reasonable wage that is pretty standard in many other places. Yes, we would all like better but unless it is £35k+ and only 10 hours a week with 15 minions to do your work for you some people will still moan!

I would expect 20 minions for that.

 

Joking aside, it did not look a "bad" wage to manage a school network but as i was skimming through a long long job description i got bored. Not in my location to worry about it but seemed a lot of stuff in there.

Agreed, still makes me feel better I'm on much more and only classified as a Technician !!
