Major Microsoft and Adobe license order

We're looking to purchase 600 Office 2007 Pro Plus licenses, the Adobe CS4 Master Collection 500 user site license as well as some exchange licenses and a few other bits.

I've got a target price from our usual company.

Would a Schools agreement not be better for that number of PCs for office etc?

We did look into a schools agreement but as we only want half of the PCs at the school running 2k7 and as we tend to use office suites for a good few years it works out cheaper to buy it all outright

We have also been looking unto buying Office outright instead of paying a subscription, we're still on 2003 at the moment and can't see a good reason to move if we bought 2007 then we would be covered for a good few years.
