Sylv3r Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 The overall school budget is short of about £60k, up to now the IT budget remains the same we will just have to wait and see. A local sixth form college from here is short of about £328k from their overall budget - I thought we had it bad. They was a statement from Jim Knight today - they are trying to locate additional funding to ensure schools miss out.

That sounds about typical for this government... I'm presuming it's a typo, though, and they want to ensure schools don't miss out 1

dezt Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 We've been told the budget has fallen just over £100k short, nothing has been allocated yet so i don't know what it budget is compared to last year.
