Whatever. In any case, I started this school year as a technology coordinator for a K-8 charter school. We do have an elementary level tech coordinator, but for higher-level stuff it's basically just me. The middle school I'm at daily has 1-to-1 MacBook Airs, so needless to say I'm engaged in a constant cat-and-mouse game. My first major project will be implementing a WAN between our two sites and uniting Active Directory at the elementary school with Open Directory at the middle school. Should be a fun time, and I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for the Edugeek community along the way!

We do still have a large US presence, in fact the bulk of our traffic is from the US, though that is probably not reflected in membership numbers. Most I presume use for what they need and go away. That's one of the reasons it's so popular; unlike many other sites, you get the quality advice and support without needing to sign up and give away your email address. Of course now you've signed up you can pose your own questions and gossip along with the rest. Enjoy your time here

I've been working with SIMS and various CAPITA Modules since about late 2011 in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

I find that this site is far more supportive than CAPITA's own dedicated support portal.

My name is Sergio.I am working as IT Support for a pretty awesome Animation Studio located in Manhattan, Ny. I manage a pretty small server and support an office of about 90 employees. I Mainly support Wacom Cintiq's and Macintosh computers. Currently working on setting up NetRestore using DeployStudio, which is why I was led to join this forum.
