Hightower Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Hey all, I'm currently setting up a standalone (not on network apart from for internet) laptop for students to use. The thing is, I want to lock it down so no run command, C: drive, change any settings etc etc. Does anyone have a decent template they use that I could utilize?

matt40k Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 (edited) Don't have a LocalGP you can import. Shouldn't be to hard for you to create one, then just copy it across. (Yes, it's stored somewhere in the windows directory in a hidden directory, forgot the exact path) EDIT: It's C:\windows\system32\GroupPolicy Edited October 14, 2008 by matt40k Update
