Is anyone else getting block pages on Arbor today, or had them previously?

The error says the content "has been blocked because it does not comply with the acceptable usage policy"; see screenshot above.

It looks like a Smoothwall issue, but it is generated within Arbor!

Can't say I've ever experienced that issue at any point over the last 9 years I've been using Arbor (in various schools).

It does talk about URLs - is there one listed within the club's description/on its page anywhere?

Otherwise, would definitely recommending flagging with your support - either Arbor directly or 3rd party, whichever you pay for.

I was just about to say yes, we have had the exact same issue, until I realised who posted it 😂

It threw us out a little as it looked like a Smoothwall block page but in Arbor formatting! Arbor support kindly sent us an additional URL to whitelist which is http://cdn.ravenjs.com/ but we have also bypassed our Arbor URL in Smoothwall too.

Allowlisting a full cdn may cause you future issues - so if you can get the URLs a bit more precise, that would be great - I'd encourage you to open a ticket with us on the subject and let our folks dig into it

I spotted something similar today with Arbor and our Lightspeed block page. It was just a pop-up window that showed the block message - Arbor itself once the  pop-up was closed continued to work as normal.
