Whilst I had issues at the start of the thread it has been much better since. Agreed the V1 to V2 migration should have been handled better with the ability to pull through existing policies. 

 

The new remote display function seems to work really well.

I'm thinking double NAT vs SIP might be part of the problem, but I've not looked into it properly.

 

One random thing I've had happen a couple of times is a weekend alert from logging suggesting a laptop is in the possession of a student.  When investigated via Defender XDR  and logs cross referenced, the incident detected took place on Friday morning, but only made it to the dashboard over the weekend.

Yeah, had a few of those here this week. The date on the portal is fine, so when I check the portal instead of the email notification for "Today", it ends up not showing, so I have to go hunting for it.

 

Doesn't help that we've got a lot more alerts lately because Year 6 are doing their WW2 topic which they link in with the ICT movie-making topic, so lots of alerts for "terrorism" when they search for pictures to use.
