Hello just wanted to ask this print server c drive is in the red this is hyper v server 

 

we do use paper cut as well 

 

has any one seen this before and can help me out on what is going 

 

any help will be great

Have you checked your print spool folder? It can be found below:

C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS

 

We used to clear this folder out at the end or beginning of each half-term, otherwise the C drive would fill to the point where no-one could print anymore.

Thanks for i cleared this now and its free up space

It will probably be Archiving in Papercut. We had ours set to a separate drives as we were having the same issues.

We used to get this when users sent huge files for print. Trying to print a very high resolution print job instead of compressing the image first which we got the students to do under teacher guidance and that sorted the issue.
