Just bringing this back to life slightly, Is anyone using Intune to manage MacOS devices, and if so will it allows users to login with their Microsoft accounts on the Macs.

Hi Everyone, Not sure if anyone could shed any light on this, One of the schools I manage has their Net2 Server running on a windows 10 machine, I'd like to move this to a Windows Server VM. Is there anything I need to know or should it just be the case of backing up the config on Net2, installing the server onto the new VM and importing the config. Any insight would be appreciated. It will probably be Archiving in Papercut. We had ours set to a separate drives as we were having the same issues.

I've got a 2014 Seat Leon 2 litre diesel and I had similar symptoms to what you are having. My turned out to be the heater matrix. Id like to say it cost just over £350 to replace most of that being labour as you have to pull out most of the dashboard to get to it.

Morning everyone, I’ve come across a bit of a strange issue. I’ve just migrated a user to our new AD domain and linked the account to Azure AD. Out of the 30 accounts I’ve migrated so far, this is the only one with a problem. In Microsoft Teams, no teams are showing up for the user, but in the Teams admin centre, they’re still listed as an owner of multiple teams. If I remove the user from a team, wait around five minutes, and then re-add them, the team reappears, and gradually, the rest of the teams begin showing up as well. However, by the next morning, they’ve all disappeared again. This has been happening consistently for the past two days. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I've found installing Powershell 7 has solved most of the issues with Microsoft Graph.

I can't remember if this does what your asking but under Device settings search for SAML and click Single sign-on IdP redirection then select redirect users to SAML SSO ldP

Hi Everyone, Hope you all had a great New Year and Christmas, Just wondering if anyone has ever had experience with TacPac and their IOS app. I've been asked to install it by our Nursery and the app is just shocking. Home - Tacpac TACPAC The music in the app keeps pausing and it also logs it self out in the middle of the tracks. I thought it might be filtering but I've hot spotted an iPad off my phone and I get the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Callum

Hi Everyone, Hope everyone is having a good summer, I am looking at upgrading our SIMs server from 2012r2 to 2022 and at the same time changing the AD domain. Has anyone had experience with either of those and is there anything I need to lookout for or do? Any help is appreciated. Thanks Callum

I can't remember if it is true or not but SNMP might need to be enabled for Papercut to pull the data.

Hi, Is anyone else having issues printing from iPads to Papercut Mobility Print since updating to IOS 17? Everything looks fine until you release the job on a printer and it will come out as a blank page. Tested this on a older iPad that hasn't been updated and it works fine. Thanks

No worries, we are using a fleet of Kyocera copiers also but I can’t say I have noticed anything like that but we are only printing in A4. I am on site at that school tomorrow so I will check. It could be down to the Universal Papercut Driver, I think Kyocera do their own Universal print drivers on their site might be worth giving one of those a try.

Hi, I recently setup mobility print for the iPads, I had a similar issue to yours and I ended up setting up a new print queue using a universal print driver which fixed it for me. Hopefully that helps. Callum

Thanks all for your help, Unchecking "Render print jobs on client computers" and checking "Enable advanced printing features" seems to have fixed it.

Hi, Thanks for replying, I just tried installing the V4 drivers, I was hopeful at first as it did work but after I restarted the computer and tried again I had the same issue. It weird if I print in mono or black and white it works perfect, only when printing in colour it has the issues. Thanks

Hi Everyone, We recently migrated one of our schools to a new AD domain and at the same time updated all of the machines to Windows 11. Everything was fine until we discovered that when using any Microsoft Office application and you want to print in colour the application will hang and then crash. All of our printers are from Kyocera. The print server is running on Server 2016 1607 I have tried updating drivers and I have updated the print server to the latest windows update. Restarting Print Spooler & clearing %windir%\System32\spool\PRINTERS It only does this on domain joined devices, I have tested this on our Intune laptops and printers seem to work as normal. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Callum

Hi Everyone, Not sure if this is the correct place to put this. What is everyone doing to monitor their students on the iPads. We do have Smoothwall doing the filtering but SLT want something on the devices and I am not sure this is possible with how restrictive apple are.

Hi Sarah, We bought the Meeting Owl Pro about a year ago now and have also just purchased the Owl 3. When we first used the Owl we had a few issues, but I think that was down to the placement of the owl, it works best when placed central to everyone. We also noticed it did struggle a bit with the face tracking when multiple people were talking but that does seem to have gotten better, I think that might be down to software updates though. Other than those two issues they have been perfect, voices and the video is very clear, they are very easy to setup, and they have both been used across our trust at different schools without issue.
