We have updated from win 10 to win11 24h2. Certain apps such as Iris reach DigiDocs, when they are run display a big blue box that says 'This app has been blocked by your system administrator'.  or apps that run from a network share display the same error. If you run these apps as an administrator then they will run.  This suggests that something these application need to run is blocked to standard users.  I have looked on process manager to see what the apps are trying to access to see if we can allow access for the user but in the case of DigiDocs it just seems to be the folder that contains the app and c:\windows\system32. Has anyone else had any difficulty with any of these non standard applications getting blocked for standard users.
