Photocopiers - Toshiba and Apogee

Hi there

 

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of the use of either Toshiba or Apogee? If so can you please tell me what the machines and the service was like? any problems? 

As we are looking at changing providers and these two have come up best on the pricing.

I will remain factual on a public forum....  We had a contract with Apogee when I took over looking after the copiers.  We have never had a contract with apogee since.  

 

Is this pricing provided through a framework agreement?  I would only ever arrange copiers though an approved framework agreement.  This will stop things like hidden charges, increases in pricing, introductory offers that increase, minimum charges for periods where use is low, charges for collection at the end of the contract etc...

We used them once..... 

Be careful cheap isn't always best.... currently we have a contract with Agilico, way above any of the others we have used.

Toshiba a good solid machine, the newer machines have a far better user interface in my opinion.  I prefer Sharp but that's my opinion but Toshiba upped their game.

 

Agilico you won't go wrong with them for pricing.

Had toshibas 20 years ago.

 

Never had them again.
