Print Management Company

Hope you are well.

 

I am receiving calls from a company called Advanced Imaging System - https://www.aisys.co.uk/ in Swindon. I am looking for printer renewals, but have not tried to contact them, I don't think anyway. Does anyone know of this company or used them?

I wouldn't use anyone for print / copiers unless they are on a Gov approved framework.

Toshiba and Ricoh are pretty good. We use one and rarely have problems.

+1 for Canon directly. They've undercut framework pricing every time we've recontracted.

Good experience and I'm happy with the copiers we have in place.

 

The frameworks pre-negotiate some things that you can't negotiate when you go direct.

 

Things like staples included and unlimited training.

 

Big things, I'll only go through frameworks - also keeps the sales calls at bay.
