How to give notice to ESS to leave FMS for Arbor Finance?

As the title states really, the ESS portal is useless.

We have contacted the contact us link and not had a reply in over 7 days.

The only information is for the next 12 months of SLA for FMS and nothing on the steps to take for cancelling / giving notice etc.

Anyone navigated this recently? Anyone have any advice or contacts at ESS / ParentPay Group to take this up?

As per the terms and conditions of your contract, in accordance with Clause 25, any notice of termination to ESS must be provided in writing to the below address, and this notice must be received no less than 90 days from the end date of the Initial Term or the end date of the Renewal Term, in accordance with Clause 16.2.

We recommend that when sending notices to us you use special/recorded delivery and retain proof of posting.

To ensure your request is processed in a timely manner, please submit your notice in accordance with the contract terms, ensuring this is on letter headed paper, that includes your DfE number and products you wish to serve notice on.

 

If you're hoping to give notice before paying the bill circa Easter time, you've likely missed the deadline (early December).

We've got one school who sent their cancellation via Recorded delivery and never received a reply to confirm that they have been cancelled so good look when trying !

^ We did get confirmation back (via email) for our schools but we used special delivery so we knew it had at least reached the building.

Did anyone ever find a way to speak to the Parentpay/ESS contract team?  We cannot find a contact for anyone and emails are getting a standard holding answer.
