Smoothwall Cloud Filter blocking PDFs

Has anyone else having an issue with the Smoothwall Cloud Filter blocking all PDFs from opening in web browsers? Causing me a bit of a headache this morning!

This is a known issue - new blocklist in a few moments time should alleviate it

Yes, we have that same issue in one of our schools today too.

 

I understand, Smoothwall are aware and are looking at resolving it.

Should be fixed by now - let me know if not. The diag page should show a blocklist released around 20 mins ago- approx 9am GMT

Can you check which blocklist you are on with the diag page?

Its showing as version 1736497637

OK - if reopening the PDF doesnt help, submit a ticket and DM me the number so I can get an engineer straight away

Good morning, we are suffering from the same issue with PDFs opening in Edge and being blocked due to the URL. Is this reoccuring for anyone @tom_newton
