Having been with VirginMedia at home for years, I've given notice to terminate my services due to an uncompetitive renewal offer.

 

Does any have experience of YouFibre? If so, any good? TrustPilot reviews look encouraging so I'm tempted to give them a try.

 

Also, if someone has a referral link they'd like to share we could both earn a bit of cashback. :-)

I've got YouFibre 1000 at home, paying £24.99pm for it. They paid me out of my previous plusnet contract so it didn't cost a penny to switch mid contract, install was quick. In over a year of using them i've only had one outage which lasted for ~2hrs and speeds have always been good. They provide an Eero router with it, but im not a fan of it. Doesn't have enough controls for my liking and the wifi is "fine" but not brilliant.

 

I've since had a YouFibre Business line installed as our backup line at work, which again works fine but i obviously didn't bother using the Eero router at all as i've combined the lines in my Sophos box in an SD-WAN with my leased line.

We now offer Netomnia connections (Youfibre are their end user ISP, Netomnia is wholesale only).

 

This includes our anti-ddos, hosted firewalling and filtering token if that's what you need as well as static IPs etc too.

 

I believe we're currently the only education ISP who partner with Netomnia nationally.

 

We offer their fttp, eofttp and ethernet connections.
