WannabrewUK Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 We seem to be experiencing poor performance with the room booking system today, anybody else seeing this? Checked their status page and it's showing as operational SchoolCloud Status
MrEprise Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 (edited) We've just had a member of Staff come in to report she gets an error message anytime she logs into it, but it's apparently working fine for other Staff? EDIT: The error is a 404 not found so I'd guess they're experiencing issues again. Edited January 9, 2025 by MrEprise
rossibIT Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 Morning, Yes we are seeing this too after the same issue before Christmas. We solved it before by resetting our authentication settings (as you can still get to the admin page) but it does not seem to be working this time around. Regards Ross
TechMonkey Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 Our lesson data isn't being synced and day two of waiting for a response from their support team....
klssandman76 Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 I can login as an admin or a user, but another member of staff gets an "Uh oh, something went wrong" when logging in. DrCheese Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 I can login as an admin or a user, but another member of staff gets an "Uh oh, something went wrong" when logging in. Clear Cookies - We had this earlier in the week and that was the fix for us. 1
aydee Posted January 10, 2025 Posted January 10, 2025 Yeah seems to be a temporary fix, at least for us. Issue has been happening for most of December too without a fix, so not hloding out hope tbh.
DrCheese Posted January 10, 2025 Posted January 10, 2025 Aye. It's been pretty clear for a while now that TES just bought SchoolCloud to sweat the asset & extract as much value from it as they can without doing any work on it. They may say otherwise, but they would be lying.
Edu-IT Posted January 10, 2025 Posted January 10, 2025 With the significant price increase one would think they could afford to invest… but then I suspect a lot of people cancelled. So maybe not!
klssandman76 Posted January 13, 2025 Posted January 13, 2025 Spot on, thank you Clear Cookies - We had this earlier in the week and that was the fix for us. 1
