Upload Portals

Hi all

 

I was wondering how you guys handle gathering documents from End Users. We currently don't have anything in place but I am wondering if theres something I can set up so if we for example need to get in touch with a guardian and they need to send us a video or photo we can send them to a link to upload said video or photo to.

 

I was thinking MS Forms but the upload file part is only for internal use. Any suggestions?

We use 'request files' in OneDrive so parents can directly upload photos, I don't think it works with SharePoint storage yet, however could setup a power automate to copy the file across.

Does the user im sending the request to need a domain email or can it be external such as @hotmail or @gmail?

It just generates a generic upload link, so anyone with the link can upload files as does not need a domain account

This...this sir/ma'am/they'em might have fixed my issue...

 

EDIT: nvm have to change too many settings apperantly
