Adobe Creative Cloud - Logging in Education

Hello,

 

We have Adobe Creative Cloud across our IT suites in our Secondary school. One of our biggest issues is that CC requires a login for the user to be able to use the software. All required students are on the console from my side (Adobe Admin Console). The issue that we have with this is that it almost always asks for a verification code. We have Y7,8 etc that still haven't grasped the concept of things like verifications codes and emails etc so a lot of time is being lost in our lessons due to Adobe setup. Is there any way around this at all? I know that there may not be given that Adobe do their licencing via cloud verification now, but I thought I would ask!

Have you integrated the student accounts with M365 or Google?

That way they only need to know their school email account credentials to log in.

No, I have no idea where it is to set it up properly?

I can only see it asking for a CSV.

Definitely get SSO setup. We use it as a MS school, was horrible administrating Adobe logons before.

Is it on Adobe Admin Console side? I can only see CSV uploads in the users section of Adobe Admin Console?
