Alastairb25 Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Hi All, This morning we have a few Students and Staff receiving this :- This is your Office 365 home page—where you can see and access all of your Office 365 apps. If it's empty, it could be that your user license was very recently assigned to you. Wait 10 minutes and refresh this page. If you still don't see any apps, contact your IT department. They can help you get up and running https://portal.office.com/servicestatus Suggest all ok Anyone else having similar issues? Thanks, Alastair
MrEprise Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Yes, we are and I can't sign in as an Admin since it thinks I'm a new user with a new license.
loxford01 Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 We also have the same issue with 365 apps page empty, licensing error showing. I have just logged a ticket with 365 support and waiting to hear back. 1
Jobos Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Same here but it appears the problem is only with the web version of outlook.
midweek Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 (edited) Same for Powerpoint only. Just cleared the browser cache and it's back working again. May just be coincidental timing! EDIT: Scratch that. It's back to not working. Edited September 24, 2024 by midweek

robintech Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Ours just refreshes really fast and goes between office.com and https://login.microsoftonline.com/ in a loop
georgeescott Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Yep, we're having this issues too. If you clear browser cache (or just the Media Foundation data), that seems to be fixing it for us on affected users.
mattfreemens Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Having the same issue. The only sort of fix is by going to outlook.office.com which seemed to open fine and from there you can click on the waffle to access the apps. Looks like office.com home page is definitely broken. We suspected something was going on yesterday afternoon as the toolbar looked different.
Noxid_w Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Ours just refreshes really fast and goes between office.com and https://login.microsoftonline.com/ in a loop Yes, this is the sort of issue we are experiencing plus the "New to Microsoft" error message
psydii Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 This just caught up with me, I'd been fine all morning and suddenly intune is throwing errors "Our services aren't available right now We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon." Others had seen it early.
free780 Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Looks like MS have resolved it. Follow this account on twitter. It’s the quickest way to be notified of service issues with the notifications turn on.
