Google Playstore not connecting to Google.com

Has anyone ran into this issue when trying to use the appstore to download anything to the smart board? I am trying to download Trilby TV but I need to sign in on the promethean smart board to allow myself to get onto the next stage of downloading the app but for some reason when I get to the sign in part to put my email in it gives me an error message and says that it is unable to connect to Google.com annoyingly.

 

I am not sure if it is because it needs to do a download of the latest update first as I have just enabled this on the smart board to be used but I am not sure if it downloads automatically or if I need to do this myself?

What filtering do you have? Is it inspecting SSL?

Hi, We have Lightspeed and yes this inspects SSL.

This would depend on the ActivPanel you are using. An AP7 vs an AP9 for example.
