Currently configuring settings via GPO for our next cohort due for september.

When a user logs onto a windows 10 machine, silent login and KFM are configured fine. When the account logs onto one of the windows 11 imaged machines, the GPO doesn't seem to want to apply.

I've checked the registry entries to see if the GPO was applying and all the registry entries are there same as the windows 10 computer.

Perhaps difference in build on onedrive is causing this?

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Resurrecting this as think I'm losing the plot - this was working I'm sure last month; then stopped. Then I looked into as reports of it not working came in - I enabled Hybrid Join - this was then working as expected. Today, it has now seemed to stop working?!

Windows 11 24H2, Hybrid Joined, OneDrive config set via ADMX templates

I have a similar issues in that OneDrive does not load initially and I must run it manually. Future logins then run fine and KFM is running.

OneDrive is configured to run on login but just seem to the first time

Same, but finding if the staff member signs into Word (or other Office application) and chooses "sign me into all apps" the PC will remember the login token and sign into OneDrive automatically.

How are you building your user profiles? We don't use a network based one, and each is created on the local machine at the user's first logon.  We use GPP to ensure that [empty] "OneDrive - OrgName" and Documents etc sub-folders are all pre-staged the Default user profile, so when OneDrive fires up for the first time in a new user profile the folders are in the expected places. We also still use GP to redirect the user's Documents etc, to these folders inside the user profile "OneDrive - OrgName"  etc. folders. All the OD client needs to do is start syncing.

On "sign me in to all apps" I don't think you should not be seeing that in an AD / AAD Hybrid Join environment. Something isn't quite right there.
