GPO to set Win11 layout to dark mode?

Is there a setting or GPO to make all Windows11 users use Dark mode for the task bar and windows?

Thatll be a reg key, not sure on the GPO

look at this post powershell intune script that changed this - looking at it it makes the reg change mentioned above and restarts explorer

I can't find this setting, have the latest admx as well. Anyone have it on theirs?
