Recall/delete email sent via Arbor

Someone (not me!) has made a boo-boo and we need to recall/delete an email sent via Arbor.

 

Waiting for a reply from them, but thought I'd check here to see if anyone has any ideas.

recall email doesnt exist if its went external.

 

you can delete messages in 365/google but theres some hoops to jump

Recalling emails almost never works anyway.

Given that a message trace only shows what appears to be replies to people about the incorrectly sent one, I'm guessing I'm on a wild goose chase, but any idea where to start?

get the mailid from an origional mail and send that, ive no idea how 365 works from a mail standpoint
