We've been aware for a while of a limitation in Outlook online where you can't see mailboxes which have been delegated to you; in full Outlook, they appear in the folder list on the left but on the web you have to go to the top icon and click "open other user's mailbox" which opens a separate tab. I re-installed Office onto my laptop recently, and now have a newer version which is offering me a new layout; that new layout has the same limitation. Before this rolls out to all our users and the change to "new" layout becomes compulsory, has anyone found a way around this, or will we just have to tell people to check their email in multiple places (which will be as popular as a fart in a lift)?

In the new outlook look its under the 'Shared with me' tree on the left

So it is, thanks! You can't add those folders to the Favourites list, which is a shame. I monitor some of the inboxes by having them in my Favourites and seeing the (1) unread count go up.

The "Shared with me" folder isn't in Outlook online, though.
