Now that ESS have removed system manager 6 from SIMS how do I get users into Manage Users? I have new staff members who show up under staff but not in manage users. We used to go into system manager 6 and move them down as active but that is not there anymore.

 

Anyone shed light on how to do it now?

You create a new user which matches the details that are entered for them as staff - when you click Continue it asks you to match it against a known user. That process basically replaces SM6.
