Hi

Does anyone know a simple cheap cloud helpdesk ?

I'm just looking to assign "change a mouse" to a user with a deadline & once its done, they can sign it off.

I've looked at a few but they are all a bit complicated / expensive for a simple job.

Thanks

Presumably agents means helpdesk users/technicians/etc, rather than end users submitting tickets/interacting?

We use a Form (can use Microsoft or Google) then automate this to populate a Trello Dashboard.

Also if you're a Microsoft School you could use Microsoft Lists to create yourself something simple and free?

Yeah, 10 techs! used to be 3 so in my previous place ended up paying for more.

I don't use the knowledgebase/submit a ticket via the website. they just need to send an email and it comes through nicely. Free version only allows one though, so you can't have finance/Site etc unless you make separate ones or pay!

Another vote for Freshdesk, its excellent. Especially if you plan to utilise it more than what you've stated, later down the line.

THANKS ALL.

I have decided to go with Freshdesk.

For 4 technicians its about £500pa, so not too bad.

The free version is free, apart from I don't think you can set custom SLAs - Eg: An urgent case must be resolved with an hour, etc
