Salary: £22,000 - £25,290 pa, dependent on experience and qualifications

 

We are seeking an IT Technician to work 36 hours per week, all year round.

 

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, well organised & driven person who has a passion for IT and can deliver exceptional customer service.

 

The successful candidate will have Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows Server experience and will be primarily responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, providing technical support for all hardware, software and associated peripherals.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

• Resolution of IT problems, liaising with relevant third party providers over issues

• Proactively providing information to users on outstanding issues

• Installing & configuring operating systems & various software packages

• Ensuring security of data, network and backup systems
