Hi all

Does anyone know if there is a maximum number on concurrent co-editiors on a shared PowerPoint? The senario is that a primary school teacher would like to create a 30-slide PowerPoint presentations, hosted in a student Teams group. Each slide is allocated to a child in the class. During the lesson, the teacher would then like each child to access that shared PowerPoint and edit their own particular slide so that at the end of the lesson the document is complete.

Assuming that Internet and device connectivity is not an issue, is this going to work?

We've done almost exactly this, this week - we didn't host in teams, the presentation was opened directly in the 365 PowerPoint webapp from Sharepoint and it worked like a charm with 32 kids on it. Couple of behaviour management issues with kids messing around with each other's slides, but nothing technical went wrong.

From personal experience, things got laggy for us with 33 in a session. This was a distance learning exercise though so could have had all sorts of user internet errors. It can get messy when a lot of people are editing simultaneously but it did work!
