Practical Art Exams

How do you go about running Art exams when the regulations say no Internet access, but they need to log onto Adobe to use photoshop? We've managed to block all of the Internet bar the Adobe sites that allow log on, but we can't stop them from accessing the Adobe cloud - obviously we can't allow students to save files into the cloud that they can access outside of the controlled assessment windows. So, how do I turn off access to Adobe cloud, while still letting them log onto Adobe?

We've locked down everything but adobe and Google, then configured Google to not allow anything but signing into Adobe.

 

The accounts they are using are new and they won't have the passwords for them until they're in the exam room and the accounts will be disabled on AD and Google overnight.

 

All prep is going into a shared folder (per user) that we will then batch-copy over the night before the exam.

Worth checking the guidance as its not always a hard 'ABSOLUTE NO ACCESS TO INTERNET' normally some leeway.

 

Also could you make X amount of Adobe accounts so even if they can access the cloud they don't have access to any existing files. Don't give them the passwords so can't login from device to sync etc.

Unfortunately we don't have sufficient Adobe licences to allocate licences specifically for exams, separate to the day to day adobe licenses. We can log them onto the computer with locked down accounts, configured to only allow adobe log on, but they will need to sign into adobe as their usual user.

We are blocking the o365 login outside of these exams. Which works for us pretty well.

 

We then block chrome and edge and IE with impero.
