Hi all,

We have recently switched from RM to Exa for Broadband and since the changed happens the PCs now show "no interent" on the network status icon. I have made a GPO change to turn off the connectivity check however this has not resolved the issue. It is preventing desktop Outlook from working properly.

Has anyone come across this before?

Yep all changed. I should clarify that all devices are able to get online, but Windows reports "no internet" and certain applications like Outlook are refusing to work if Windows thinks there isnt a connection.

@tmoon-mint - Sorry to hear you have been having issues with applications such as Outlook. I understand my colleague has been speaking with Matt about this, but do not hesitate to drop me a message on here if you need any further assistance.

Just tidying up some GPOs and found one that might help as it disables the internet check. Might be worth a try:

Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Manager > Internet Communication setting > Turn off Windows Network Connectivity Status Indicator active tests.
