[O2] Assisted GPS - How much will it cost?

I'm on O2 (600mins 500txts) tarriff (£35/month). Does anyone know how much it will cost me to use the Assisted GPS feature on my N82? I've tried asking O2 but the CS don't have a clue what I'm talking about!

I always thought A-GPS was calculated entirely on the phone.

Is assisted GPS not just a download you can to make every few weeks that allows you to download satellite position data over your data connection rather than the much slower satellite broadcast?

 

If so, its just a case of how much data it downloads and the cost of your data plan.

On my n95 it uses a couple of Kb each time i use the gps. It doesn't cost much at all (well for me it's free as i have unlimited gprs ). From my experience though it doesn't seem to make a huge difference by using a-gps.

Well I just got myself a free Unlimited Web Bolt On package from O2 so hopefully A-GPS usage will be included in that plan.
