[sims] Exporting changes NOVA-T to SIMS

If I make simple changes in NOVA T - changing Non-contact of meeting times, for example - do I need to export these to SIMS for them to work or is this done automatically?

 

If I need to export these - is this via SQL or just reapplying the timetable?
