[isams] Sloow to load certain page

Just wondering if any other schools using iSAMS are experiencing slow loading pages? In particular, the general tabs of the Student Manager and HR Manager modules? Other pages seem fine but the general tab is taking up to 30 seconds to load.

 

I've put a ticket in with iSAMS but not heard anything back. This started yesterday.

Not here. I have had it before though, normally only for a couple of hours. I expect both of those modules are very busy at the moment in all of their schools.

We had a user trying to use it 8pm and still had the slowness. Guess I'll wait to see what their support ticket says.
