Hi,

Looking at doing an Avaya phones setup with digital phones instead of iP phones.

Anyways, once I actually get IP Office do I need any licenses for the digital phones?

I think you only need the Digital expansion modules. Looking at ours, we have 70 odd Analogue extensions, 4 Digital ones and 8 IP ones & we only seem to be licensed for the IP extensions.

That’s excellent thank you :),

This is being setup for a business and I am recommending Avaya for future expansion and they are nice phones too.

Thanks for that

Agree with MrEprise.

We have 70-odd digital phones (5402) on three expansion modules, plus 17 IP phones with licenses.

Once I upgrade the software from v9 to v11 this October I'll be adding more IP phones - we have them in stock, just not enough licenses!

Great!

On the modules for the digital phones, is it rj45 like normal or is it analogue?
