I enabled SSO and setup SAML in our Google admin panel. The users could then just click on "Sign in with Google" and they are added to our Canva domain automatically. 1

jthompson Posted July 19, 2022 Posted July 19, 2022 (edited) Looks great, but having just had to explain to a bunch of colleagues why they'll have to abandon the Mote voice notes Chrome extension that they were all raving about last year because free-turned-into-not-free, I'm [even more] wary of getting anyone invested in a free-for-edu product that isn't absolutely essential. We have signed up, gone through SSO however on their side nothing seems to be linked yet and they aren't getting back to us quickly..

But sadly, there was still not SSO options in our account. Their support has now directed me to a third line engineer which I've had to book a Teams call with to sort.

Yeah we are the same where they seem to be taking a week at a time to reply to emails and getting nowhere. We're at the stage where we're waiting for the SSO login to appear.. they did it two weeks ago apparently.

Jawloms Posted November 16, 2022 Posted November 16, 2022 We're currently looking at this. Do you need to install the client for all the students? If so, how do you do it for "All Users" as the installer seems to put it in the AppData folder.
