Hi All,

Sorry to bring this up again! We were running happily with users of Pixel phones downloading the certificate used by NPS, installing as a wifi certificate , selecting it when connecting to the network and they're sorted.

However within the past month or so we're getting reports that this method no longer works at all, with the devices either not connecting at all or being very intermittant. Is anyone aware of anything thats changed on Android? Nothing has changed in terms of wifi of the certificate used.

Thanks

We don't do SSL decryption on our BYOD wifi and so far Android 11 users had been installing the certificate. It's just within the last few weeks that it's completely stopped

I believe there's a domain option now and the don't validate ca has been removed from some android phones. The domain field can be filled in with your domain (I believe it's the domain registered with your nps certificate) which should allow it to work.
